How we keep the network clean
Our partner vetting process, the data we do (and don't) keep, and what to expect when things go sideways.
Partner vetting
Before a partner goes live on SpectreDeals, they pass an onboarding audit: minimum public trust score, documented buyer-protection terms, dispute SLA, and successful delivery on a test order batch.
Ongoing monitoring
We review partner performance quarterly against three metrics: delivery success rate, dispute resolution time, and user-reported issues. Partners below threshold are paused.
Data minimisation
No accounts. No sign-in. No payment info ever reaches our servers. We keep only anonymous analytics that tell us which pages work.
When things break
Invalid codes, regional errors, or stock problems are resolved by the partner first — they're legally the seller. If you can't get resolution in 48 hours, we escalate through our partner channels.
