1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SpectreDeals ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What SpectreDeals is

SpectreDeals is an independent, Xbox-focused affiliate marketplace. We display and compare listings from third-party partner merchants (the "Partners"). We do not sell, distribute, or hold inventory of game keys, gift cards, subscriptions, or downloadable content. When you click through to a Partner, you leave SpectreDeals and any subsequent transaction is solely between you and that Partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from purchasing digital products under applicable law.

4. Partner relationships

All products displayed on SpectreDeals are sold and fulfilled by Partners. The Partner is the seller of record. Invoicing, payment processing, product delivery, customer support for specific orders, refunds, exchanges, and regional or platform restrictions are the Partner's responsibility.

Pricing, availability, regional compatibility, edition contents, and delivery times are as stated by the Partner at the moment of scan. Partner-side changes can occur between scans.

5. Affiliate relationship

SpectreDeals may receive affiliate commissions when you purchase through links on the Site. This does not increase the price you pay and does not influence which listings we show or which Partners we choose to onboard. See our Affiliate Disclosure for detail.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, mirror, or rehost content at commercial scale without our written consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Site.
• Represent yourself as affiliated with SpectreDeals when you are not.

7. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site — including layout, branding, design elements, and editorial copy — is the property of SpectreDeals or its licensors. Third-party trademarks (including but not limited to Microsoft, Xbox, and the various publisher and developer names shown) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any listing, description, price, or availability. Partner products may have regional restrictions, activation requirements, or platform-specific conditions that we cannot guarantee.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectreDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or from any transaction completed with a Partner after clicking through from the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SpectreDeals harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your interaction with a Partner's platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
