01What is SpectreDeals?

SpectreDeals is an Xbox-only deals marketplace. We don't sell anything ourselves — we scan verified partner merchants for the best prices on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC Play Anywhere games, DLC, gift cards, and Game Pass. When you click through and buy, the partner handles fulfilment.
02Who sells the games I buy through SpectreDeals?

Every product is sold and fulfilled by a third-party partner merchant. The merchant is listed on each product page and is the seller of record for your order. You'll complete checkout on the merchant's own store.
03Why are prices lower than on the Xbox store?

Our partners source codes from authorised distributors, regional markets, and bulk allocations, and they pass part of that margin on to buyers. Unless a product explicitly says otherwise, every listing is a fully legitimate digital key or code.
04Will a game I buy activate on my Xbox account?

Most listings are Global or US/EU region and activate anywhere. Where a regional restriction applies, it's shown on the product page and in filters. Always review the listing's Region field before buying.
05How fast is delivery?

Most codes deliver instantly by email after a quick automated verification. A small share of orders can be held briefly (usually under an hour) for manual review, typical for higher-value orders or first-time buyers.
06What if I buy an invalid or used code?

Invalid codes are rare, but if it happens, contact the merchant first — they're required to replace the code or refund you. If they don't resolve it, email us at support@spectredeals.com and we'll escalate through our partner channels on your behalf.
07Does SpectreDeals sell physical discs?

No. SpectreDeals focuses exclusively on digital products — game keys, gift cards, Game Pass, and DLC. Digital delivery means instant access, no shipping, and competitive pricing.
08Do you earn commissions from my purchase?

Yes. SpectreDeals is reader-supported and earns a small affiliate commission on qualifying sales through partner links, at no additional cost to you. This lets us keep the platform fast, ad-light, and independent.
09Can I trust the merchant ratings on the site?

Merchant ratings combine long-term delivery performance, dispute resolution, and public reputation across the marketplaces they trade on. We only onboard partners that pass an initial vetting round and we suspend any that fall below our thresholds.
10Do you handle refunds directly?

Refund requests go through the partner merchant since they're the seller of record. We act as your advocate if things go wrong — see our Refunds & Returns page for the full flow.
11Does SpectreDeals list PlayStation or Nintendo deals?

No. SpectreDeals is exclusively focused on Xbox — Series X|S, Xbox One, Game Pass, and Xbox gift cards. We don't list PlayStation or Nintendo titles.
